Yoga
Yoga is described as union. Yoga
aims to bring this union through the integration of various
components of the body and mind into one harmonious whole and in
the next stage through the union of the individual self with the
Higher Self. Yoga unites a disorganized body and mind into one
performing whole leading to the opening of energy channels and
flowering of his consciousness. It is an excellent way to

Meditation
Meditation is the journey of our
consciousness towards the self. It describes a state of
concentrated attention on some object of thought or awareness.
Meditation can strengthen the mind, deepen the relaxation and
inner peace that is felt, and changes your health and life
significantly for the better. It usually involves turning the
attention inward to a single point of reference. Meditation is
often recognized as a component of eastern religions, where it
has been practiced for over 5,000 years. Different meditative
disciplines encompass a wide range of spiritual and/or
psychophysical practices which can emphasize development of
either a high degree of mental concentration, or the apparent
converse, mental quiescence. Each and every type of mental and
physical diseases may be cured by meditation.
